We are seeking a Senior Oracle DBA with proven experience in managing mission-critical Oracle environments. The successful candidate will join a highly specialized team and take direct responsibility for the availability, reliability, and performance of database platforms. We are looking for a professional with a strong automation mindset, the ability to take full ownership of managed environments, and the capability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. ## Key Responsibilities * Manage Oracle Database environments across the entire lifecycle (Development, Test, and Production), taking full accountability for availability and performance. * Lead database installation, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management activities. * Drive proactive performance tuning initiatives and optimization strategies. * Define and implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies using RMAN. * Design and manage high-availability architectures based on Oracle RAC and Oracle Data Guard. * Coordinate the resolution of complex incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement long-term corrective actions. * Promote an automation-first approach using Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, Ansible, and Terraform. * Collaborate with Cloud, Platform, and Application teams to ensure effective and integrated service delivery. * Ensure compliance with operational and governance standards, including patch management, change management, and security requirements. * Mentor and support Junior DBAs (G4),
