pp-- /ppbGruppo Lactalis Italia /b is looking for a Casale Cremasco Plant Lab Junior Analyst to join the Quality Department of the bBU Cheese /b, at the Casale Cremasco (CR) plant. The resource will be responsible for: /pulliPerforming control checks on raw materials, semi-finished products, environmental samples and finished products, ensuring compliance with defined chemical-physical and microbiological parameters; /liliManaging laboratory instruments (calibration and maintenance); /liliEnsuring product conformity to technical data sheet specifications and official analysis methods; /liliPerforming tasting and evaluation of products according to specific internal evaluation parameters; /liliManaging the retrieval of finished product samples to carry out analyses at external laboratories, coordinating the collection and evaluation of results.
