In this role, you drive clarity from signals to actionable priorities for Nike Direct in Italy & Greece. You will align marketplace insights with Stores, Digital and partner-led channels to shape seasonal plans and in-season actions. You'll connect cross-functional teams, translate data into trade-offs, and ensure decisions are followed through to impact. This position sits at the nexus of planning, execution and learning to strengthen Nike Direct's performance and market development.

Responsabilità

- Turn territory, consumer and marketplace signals into implications for Nike Direct and its Sport priorities
- Build an integrated view across Stores, Digital and partner-led channels
- Shape seasonal plans by surfacing opportunities, readiness needs, risks, dependencies and trade-offs
- Improve in-season decisions by filtering signals and pairing them with commercial evidence
- Deliver decision-ready recommendations on acceleration, pause, investment or deprioritization
- Coordinate actions, owners and timing, and ensure closure of decisions




- Turn hindsight into sharper plans, learning loops and clearer capability priorities
- Contribute analysis and Nike Direct insight to longer-term marketplace development and mapping

Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience in commercial, planning, marketplace, retail, digital, strategy, analytics or business operations environment
- Strong commercial and analytical judgement with understanding of economic and downstream implications
- Ability to translate complex information into clear priorities and decision-ready recommendations
- Confidence influencing across xkiyazw functions and seniority levels without direct authority
- Clear, concise communication tailored to different audiences
