Overview

As a Digital & eCommerce Specialist, you will support growing key eCommerce customers, focusing on Amazon and select e-retailers for Solgar, Vital Proteins, and Meritene. You will help execute commercial plans, digital shelf initiatives, and performance analyses to drive sustainable growth. Collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Media, and eBusiness teams, you will boost visibility, availability, and conversion across online platforms. This role suits a proactive, analytical, digitally savvy professional seeking hands-on eCommerce experience with a clear impact.

Responsabilità

- Support day-to-day management of Amazon and other key eCommerce customers
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure product availability and service levels
- Execute Amazon's commercial calendar (Prime Day, Black Friday, promotions)
- Monitor sales performance and eCommerce KPIs to identify growth opportunities
- Drive Digital Shelf excellence by improving content quality and online discoverability
- Optimize PDPs, SEO titles, descriptions, and product content to boost conversion




- Collaborate with Media & Search teams to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Monitor assortment, stock levels, and online execution across platforms
- Analyze business results, challenge forecasts, and propose actions to improve performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of customer initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience 2–3 years in eCommerce, Digital Marketing or Online Sales
- Strong knowledge of the digital and eCommerce ecosystem, customer engagement, and online retail dynamics
- Experience managing cross-functional eCommerce projects and multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in Italian and English

- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in cross-functional environments
- Proactive attitude
- Knowledge of Amazon and online retail dynamics
- Understanding of Digital Shelf, SEO and eCommerce performance drivers
- Content optimization for PDPs and product listings
