Primary Purpose

The Wireless Network Engineer IV is a senior-level engineer responsible for enterprise wireless engineering, design review, validation, standards, and technical oversight. This role serves as the wireless subject-matter expert, ensuring internal and partner-developed solutions align with approved enterprise architecture and meet standards for RF coverage, capacity, security, performance, resiliency, scalability, and operational supportability.

The role provides technical leadership across the wireless lifecycle, including design review, implementation standards, performance optimization, lifecycle management, automation, monitoring, and complex troubleshooting,



while supporting broader enterprise networking initiatives as needed.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Own and maintain enterprise wireless engineering standards, approved configurations, implementation requirements, and technical design criteria in alignment with established enterprise architecture.
- Review, validate, and approve enterprise wireless network designs developed by internal teams and external partners.
