Working as a backend developer for AH Technology means you help us build the applications our Finance department runs on. We are in the middle of a transformation: the old processes and systems are being replaced by newer ones. We are looking for a developer who wants to help drive that change rather than wait for it.

Your new job.
As a backend developer you join the Sales Accounting DevOps team, which runs the Sales Accounting services and is rebuilding them at the same time. You work closely with the other engineers in the team and with the product owner. Roughly 70% of your week goes to new development, the rest to keeping the current data flows running. The ambition is to move every legacy sales accounting flow onto Kotlin microservices on Azure, and you can be one of the people who gets that done.

You help write the technical designs, build the solutions, and then deploy and maintain them. Most of your time is hands-on: your own code and reviewing your colleagues'. You are one of the people the team leans on for technical quality,



without losing the pace we hold in our Scrum cadence. The team works in English, so you do not need Dutch for this role.

We work hybrid, from home and from the office. The team is in Zaandam once or twice a week. The office is a short walk from the station and you get an NS Business Card.
