This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing multinational organisation and play a key role in strengthening financial governance, driving accounting excellence and supporting the company's continued international expansion. /ph3Global Accounting Leadership /h3ulliLead and oversee accounting operations across multiple international jurisdictions. /liliDrive consistency, standardisation and practices across the Group's accounting activities. /liliBuild, develop and lead a high-performing global accounting team. /li /ulh3Financial Reporting Close /h3ulliOwn the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes. /liliEnsure accurate, timely and consistent financial reporting across all entities. /liliOversee balance sheet integrity, intercompany accounting and statutory reporting requirements. /li /ulh3Governance, Controls Compliance /h3ulliMaintain a strong accounting control environment across the Group. /liliEnsure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP requirements and internal policies. /liliCoordinate external audits and statutory reporting obligations across all jurisdictions. /li /ulh3Cash Flow Working Capital /h3ulliCoordinate local cash flow planning and liquidity forecasting processes. /liliSupport Group cash management through accurate reporting and strong balance sheet discipline.
