We are a team of passionate professionals, working to guide our candidates towards the roles and corporate environments most consistent with their skills and expectations._ Our Professional division is looking for an important client company in the province of Modena for a position of: **Shipping Office Clerk** **You will be responsible for:** * Preparation of transport documents — compilation and verification of DDT, waybills, and shipping documentation. * Travel organization — planning collections and deliveries with carriers and transporters. * Order control in the management system — verification of orders uploaded by customers and alignment with documentation. * Shipment monitoring — tracking progress, managing anomalies, and updating customers. * Operational coordination — interface with the warehouse, drivers, and customer service to ensure the correct flow of shipments. **Required skills:** * Diploma / Degree * Previous **experience, even minimal**, in a similar role in structured companies * Knowledge of **AX Dynamics or Dynamics 365** * Good knowledge of English (at least B1 level) is preferred * Organizational skills, good interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities * Teamwork attitude, precision,
