Adecco Italia Spa is looking for an HR Generalist for an important company operating in the textile sector near Erba (CO). The position is a fixed-term contract (6 months). The resource will support the HR office in the main activities related to personnel administration and recruitment processes. **Responsibilities:** * Control and verification of hours worked by personnel; * Management and archiving of documentation; * Support in the administrative activities of the Human Resources office; * Support in personnel search and selection processes; **Requirements:** * Previous experience in the role (minimum 1 year),



preferably gained in industrial settings; * Good organizational skills and precision in documentation management; * Good familiarity with IT tools; * Experience in personnel search and selection and in conducting interviews will be considered a plus. **Offer:** * Fixed-term temporary contract lasting 6 months; * CCNL Textile Industry – 3rd level, employee category; * Gross monthly salary of €1,930. **Working hours:** full time, daytime, from Monday to Friday. **Workplace:** near Erba (CO).
