Arkage is looking for a Mid PowerBI Specialist (Rome/Milan) is that you?

What you do on a daily basis

- You will serve as the primary point of contact for all data analysis, reporting, and visualization efforts across projects, supporting an operational team of 120–150 employees
- You will interact daily with non-technical stakeholders ( Operation Director, Operation Manager, Finance Department and PMO), translating business requirements into clear, intuitive dashboards.
- You will manage the entire data journey, from data transformation and modeling to the publishing and maintenance of final reports.

Please note: Preference will be given to candidates with a VAT number and/or based in the Milan area.

Mandatory Core & Technical Skills

- PowerBI Experience: At least 2-3 year of hands-on professional experience developing dashboards and visual reports in Microsoft Power BI.
- Advanced Data Prep:



Advanced expertise in Power Query (including data transformation, cleaning, and ETL operations) as well as advanced Excel skills.
- Modeling & DAX: Solid proficiency in DAX and building structured data models.
- Power Platform & Automation: Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, specifically including Power Automate for basic process and data workflow automation.
- Advanced ClickUp skills are required to extract and analyze data for tracking team performance and project progress.

- Previous experience in a digital agency, marketing department, or creative environment.
- AI Mindset: Operational curiosity and proficiency with generative AI tools/LLMs to enhance workflow productivity
- AI Curious: Previous experience (or a strong interest) in using AI tools
- Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).

Compensation & Benefits

- Compensation and professional category will be based on the candidate’s actual experience and will fall within the following ranges:
- €22,000–€32,000 gross annual salary (RAL) in the case of an employment contract
- €34,000–€42,000 gross annual compensation in the case of a freelance / VAT-registered contractor
- Working hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- The initial contract will have a duration of 6 to 12 months, with the aim of developing the collaboration into a stable, long-term employment relationship.
