You will work with innovative technologies on exciting projects and support the ideation, design, and implementation of a New Mobility Model, leveraging the innovative trends that are crossing the Automotive sector. In particular, you will be able to: * Work on transformation projects in Sales, Marketing & Aftersales, improving customer experience, commercial processes, service operations, and dealer network performance. * Design and implement innovative operational and organizational models to support the growth and competitiveness of Automotive Clients. * Support digitalization initiatives in CRM, customer journey, eCommerce, network management, and after-sales services. * Collaborate with business and IT teams to develop and implement solutions along the entire Automotive value chain. * Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities related to the main trends in the sector. The remuneration provided at Accenture is defined based on multiple evaluation elements, including – for example – the role covered, the seniority level, the degree of responsibility, professional skills, and experience gained. For this position,



a B3 classification level is expected in the Metalworking CCNL. The expected gross annual salary range is between €36,906.87 and €46,700. If you share our passion for consulting in the Automotive sector and have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you: * At least 3 years of experience in the Automotive sector, gained in consulting, OEMs, importers, dealer networks, or service providers. * Knowledge of one or more areas including Sales & Marketing, CRM, Customer Experience, Dealer Network Management, Aftersales, Service Operations, and Warranty Management. * Interest in the trends transforming the Automotive & Mobility sector (electrification, connected cars, autonomous driving, sustainability, mobility services). * Solid analytical skills, problem-solving, and results-orientation, combined with excellent interpersonal skills. * Master's degree and fluent knowledge of the English language. **About Accenture** Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations,
