Randstad Construction, a specialized division of Randstad Italia SPA, is looking for a dynamic company based in Florence, specialized in real estate development and general contracting for the realization of complex building projects.

Project Manager Junior

We offer:

- Direct company hire

Annual gross salary (RAL) between 30,000 and 35,000 EUR

Workplace: Florence and surroundings

Continuous collaboration with VAT number with compensation commensurate with experience

Annual remuneration: 30,000 EUR - 35,000 EUR

Responsibilities

- Monitoring and supervising the progress of work on various active construction sites.





Collaborating with the technical direction and subcontractors to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality levels.

Supporting the management of construction site accounting, measurements, and material verification.

Preparing periodic reports on the status of work.

Qualifications

- Educational qualification: Degree in Architecture / Building-Civil Engineering or a diploma as a Surveyor/Construction Technician.

Brief previous experience (also internship or shadowing) on construction sites or in a technical studio.

Possession of a VAT number (or willingness to open one).

B driver's license and willingness to travel between various construction sites in the area.

Good knowledge of the Office package, AutoCAD, and possibly calculation/accounting software.

Initiative, organizational skills, and a predisposition for teamwork.
