We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer - Industrial Engineer with approximately 2-3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement gained in structured manufacturing environments, preferably within engineer-to-order (ETO) or project-based production settings.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the industrialization of products and the development of manufacturing processes and tooling
- Perform time and methods analysis and apply Lean Manufacturing principles
- Contribute to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Support the analysis and management of industrial investments (CAPEX/AFE)
- Develop and maintain production standards and operating procedures
- Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, HSE, and other functions to improve operational performance

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related technical field




- 2-3 years of experience in Continuous Improvement or Manufacturing Engineering
- Good knowledge of CAD tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset

Nice to Have
- Programming knowledge
- Experience with welding and/or painting processes
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Yellow Belt or Black Belt projects
