Tecnimont is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join the Human Resources Department.
The position is part of the HR Department’s digital transformation roadmap and involves frequent interaction with different Group functions as well as external providers. The HRIS Analyst will support the HRIS Specialist in the day-to-day management, maintenance, and continuous development of the company’s HR Information Systems, contributing to the efficiency of HR processes and ensuring data quality and consistency in line with MAIRE Group standards and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Providing ongoing support to internal users in the use of HRIS platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, ADP, Strada, and other HR systems, managing and supporting the resolution of system-related issues.
- Supporting the ICT Department and external providers in the implementation of new functionalities, system enhancements, and updates across HRIS platforms.
- Collaborating with the HRIS Specialist to ensure the quality, accuracy, consistency, and compliance of HR data through regular checks and validation activities.
- Supporting the preparation of reports, dashboards, and monthly analyses, providing reliable data for KPI monitoring and HR process improvement.
- Contributing to the preparation, review, and maintenance of documentation related to new HRIS processes and procedures, facilitating their adoption and understanding across the organization.
- Supporting training and onboarding activities for new users, promoting the effective and appropriate use of HR systems and tools.
- Participating in HR digitalization projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing process efficiency and enhancing the employee and user experience.
- Collaborating with HR stakeholders, ICT teams, and external providers to support the effective evolution and integration of HR systems.
Requirements and Skills
- Degree in Economics, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or similar roles.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one HRIS platform, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and accuracy.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to independently manage assigned activities and priorities.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage interactions with both internal stakeholders and external providers.
- Knowledge of SAP Concur will be considered a plus.
Contract Type and Classification

- Job Classification Level: White Collar, consistent with job requirements and the applicable Collective Agreement
Compensation The initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be €38,000.
The compensation package includes the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation premio.
Any additional variable compensation and/or benefits, regulated by Company Standards, Policies, and Agreements, will be illustrated during the selection process.
