Overview

In this role you drive service sales for ABB’s Motion Services, focusing on Drives and engaged with end users in Liguria, Emilia, and Marche. You will grow the installed base with upgrades, maintenance, and value-added service offerings while building strong customer partnerships. You’ll lead sales planning, engage in campaigns and events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, energy-efficient motion solutions. This position offers meaningful impact by expanding ABB’s service portfolio and profitability.

Responsabilità

- Penetrate Installed Base with upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions
- Generate service sales leads and new opportunities via market analysis and customer engagement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with End User customers
- Prepare, review, and execute sales plans; propose recovery actions as needed
- Apply channel strategies and support pricing definition




- Promote ABB’s Service portfolio during marketing activities (campaigns, events)
- Ensure prompt, effective response to customer needs and issues

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial environments or automation
- Willingness to travel frequently across Liguria, Emilia and Marche
- Strong ability to establish and foster long-term customer relationships
- Experience with structured sales methodologies, pipeline, forecasts, and targets
- Technical background (technical diploma or engineering degree)
- Solid knowledge or familiarity with Drives and industrial automation systems
- Service sales experience (contracts, maintenance, spare parts) is a plus
- Strong customer orientation and business development mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
