On behalf of our esteemed Customer, a leading Fashion Brand, We are recruiting the following profile, to join their team in Mestre (Venice):

Salary range: €30'000–€40'000.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / LEADING FASHION BRAND / MESTRE (VENICE)

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative support to C-level profile
- Manage complex calendar scheduling and meeting coordination
- Organize national and international travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)
- Handle correspondence, emails and internal/external communications
- Support in the preparation of reports, presentations and business documents
- Act as a point of reference between internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information




- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines
- Provide organizational support for meetings and events

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge and experience:

- Previous experience as Executive Assistant or Secretary (agenda and travel management)
- Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of autonomy and proactivity
- Dynamic, energetic and detail-oriented personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
