About the Role: As the ECA Coordinator, you will lead the development, promotion and day-to-day delivery of the school's extracurricular programme, including after-school activities, sports, clubs, educational visits, residential trips and camps. Working closely with the Business Manager, you will ensure programmes are engaging, safe, well-organised and financially sustainable.

You'll be the main point of contact for families, helping to drive participation and enhance the student experience, while coordinating logistics, managing budgets, monitoring performance and building strong relationships with staff and external partners. Through effective planning, administration and continuous improvement, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality enrichment opportunities that support student development, parent satisfaction and the school's strategic goals.

Who We Are Looking For:

- Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, staff, and external partners.




- Effective time management and problem-solving skills in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across educational and administrative teams.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Positive, creative, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Experience coordinating events, educational trips, camps, extracurricular activities, or hospitality services.
- Experience managing budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring financial performance.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive participation, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in admissions, enrolment, account management, business development, contract negotiation, or supplier management would be advantageous.
- Qualifications in marketing, education management, hospitality, event management, or a related field are desirable.
- Fluency in English and Italian is essential; additional language skills, particularly Chinese, are desirable.
