Customer Quality Manager

We are looking for a Customer Quality Engineer in order to strengthen our Quality team. You will support the deployment of the Quality strategy, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve an unbeatable customer experience, while ensuring sustainable operations. Assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response and sustainable solution to problems.

Collaborate with of local functions that impact on the quality results in order to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aiming for world-class level performance.

- Work model:

Role In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

- You will be the key actor in the management of non-conformity incidents, for this reason you will cooperate closely with other business functions, supplier and global customers
- You will act as point of reference for Customers in the management of the non-conformities
- You will act as point of reference for Customers during the process audits/visits to ensure the compliance of working practice and procedures
- You will be responsible to manage all quality data in an accurate way in order to better understand the status quo and prevent future non-conformities as continuous improvement

Requirements

- You hold a Master Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- You have experience of 2/3 years in similar roles
- Knowledge of quality control processes & methodologies and of Statistical Analysis




- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Positive spirit, proactivity, team working, comfortable with an international organization and working with different time zones
- Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects under assigned deadlines

Compensation Package As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:

- Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
- Minimum annual salary: € 36.000
- Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Premio
