/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ulli3+ years people management experience /lili3+ years operational and leadership experience in luxury multifamily setting required /liliDemonstrated coaching and development ability /liliBA degree preferred or equivalent professional experience /liliFinancial acumen with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite /liliExcellent communication skills and professional presence /liliExperience using Resman, Yardi, or similar platforms is especially desirable /liliA basic understanding of written and verbal English /li /ul h3In This Role You Will /h3 ulliMeet or exceed targeted revenue expectations by setting rent rates, managing operating expenses, and diligently monitoring aged delinquency. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with intuitive forecasting and a proactive plan for the financial performance of the asset /liliCoach, mentor, and inspire a team of administrative and service personnel, coordinating their activities and individual goals through tactical planning /liliOversee the hiring process and ongoing employee performance management through courageous conversations and applicable HR processes. /liliConduct regular property inspections, propose, and own the resolution plan and execution of property enhancements. /li /ul pMark-Taylor is an equal opportunity employer and a drug-free workplace.
