ppOn behalf of the Italian Entrepreneurial Holding of a growing international Group, we are looking for a Consolidation Reporting Manager. /ppReporting directly to the Corporate Finance Manager, bthis is a stand-alone role. /b /ppThe successful candidate will actively contribute to building Group accounting processes and must possess comprehensive knowledge of IFRS principles. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ullibPreparation of monthly and annual consolidated financial statements /b, including adjusting and consolidation entries. /lilibReconciliation of intercompany accounts /b and elimination entries, including the investigation and resolution of reconciliation variances. /lilibTranslation of foreign subsidiaries' financial statements /b and management of foreign exchange differences. /lilibManagement of changes in the consolidation scope /b, including acquisitions, mergers, takeovers, and corporate reorganizations. /lilibSupport in accounting for Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) /b, goodwill, and consolidation differences, where applicable. /lilibPreparation of reporting packages /b and accounting instructions for Group companies. /lilibAnalysis of data submitted by subsidiaries /b, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency, and managing detailed follow-up requests.



/lilibSupport in preparing the consolidated Notes to the Financial Statements /b and documentation for auditors and corporate governance bodies. /lilibLiaison with the Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) team /b to ensure consistency between management reporting and consolidated financial data. /lilibLiaison with the administrative teams of foreign subsidiaries /b, providing support for accounting and administrative activities. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. /lilib5+ years of experience in Group Consolidation /b, Financial Reporting, External Audit, or Corporate Accounting. /liliPrevious experience within multinational listed companies or top-tier audit and advisory firms. /lilibStrong knowledge of IAS/IFRS /b /liliProven ability to manage complex reporting activities under tight deadlines /lilibFluent English, /b both written and spoken, used regularly in a professional environment. /liliKnowledge of USGAAP and experience with Oracleare a plus /li /ulh3Offer /h3ulliPermanent employment Contract /liliRAL between €50,000 and €60,000 /lili1 day of remote working per week /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
