Overview

You will lead the investment products roadmap to make investing simple and accessible across asset types. Collaborate with compliance and legal to balance user simplicity with regulatory complexity. Drive user research, define specs with design and engineering, and own KPI performance for activation, adoption, and volumes. This role sits in the Tech & Product department, shaping a scalable, user-centric investment experience in a fast-growing fintech. You’ll work cross-functionally to turn insights into measurable impact and help build a loved financial platform.

Responsabilità

- Own the roadmap for investment products (ETFs, stocks, ready-made funds, money market funds, pension funds) from opportunity sizing to shipped features




- Navigate regulatory complexity while keeping user experience simple
- Collaborate with compliance/legal due to regulated nature of investments
- Conduct user research and translate insights into decisions
- Define specifications and work with design and engineering to ship and iterate
- Own and report core KPIs (activation, adoption, AUM/volumes) without spin

Requisiti fondamentali

- 4+ years of experience in a Product Manager role
- Investments expertise with proven track record
- Data-driven mindset with hypothesis testing and analytics
- User-centric focus prioritizing direct user feedback
