pbCategoria: /b Financial Servicesbr/bLuogo di lavoro: /b Milano e provinciabr/pOur Client is looking for an Investment Asset Manager to join its team based in Milan. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop the strategy for the assets in portfolio, comprising an ESG action plan, concluding DCF/NPV calculations, scenario and hold-sell analysis /liliProactively manage value add projects including repurposing/repositioning of assets /liliOptimise the letting within the managed portfolio /liliMonitor investment performance and relevant asset KPIs /liliIdentify attractive investment opportunities and understand market trends /liliLead and support the sales and acquisition process from underwriting and due diligence through to negotiation and closing in order to achieve investment objectives /liliAssess risks and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations /liliProactively drive (digital technical) innovation to enhance the value of the managed portfolio /liliReview and challenge valuations /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Fund Managers, ESG Team)



/liliSteer and monitor external partners (e.g., Property Managers, Letting Agents, Lawyers) /li /ulh3Requisiti /h3ulliMaster's degree preferably in real estate, engineering or business economics /liliMinimum 5 - 7 years' work experience in real estate /liliAffinity both with transactions and asset management /liliStrong quantitative skills is a must /liliUnderstanding of financial practices applied to real estate /liliWell informed of local legislation applicable to real estate /liliExcellent knowledge of the Italian real estate markets and relevant network /liliReady to travel /liliStrong communication and negotiation capabilities /liliResilient and well organised multi-tasker and team player /liliComfortable within an evolving and international environment /liliProactive, flexible and assertive /liliExcellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Power Point) /liliFluent in English (both written and spoken) /liliGAS: 70.000 € - 90.000 € /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
