pFor our own projects, we are looking for: strongField Services Engineer – Bar Tube Finishing Lines /strong /ppbr / /ppstrongStart Date: /strong ASAP /ppstrongContract Duration: /strong Minimum 1 year, divided across multiple assignments/contracts /ppstrongWork Locations: /strong Mexico, Europe and India /ppstrongRotation: /strong Up to 90 days on site / 14 days off /ppbr / /ppDuties /pulliCoordinate and execute the commissioning and start-up of bar and tube finishing plants and production lines. /liliSupervise electromechanical and mechatronic activities from installation through commissioning, final testing and handover. /liliSupport equipment including: /lili2-roll straightening machines /liliMulti-roll straightening machines /liliInspection and reconditioning systems /liliPeeling machines /liliCombined coil-to-bar drawing lines /liliDraw benches /liliChamfering machines /liliShears /liliAbrasive and disc cutting machines /liliCoordinate and provide technical support to automation personnel during commissioning activities. /liliIdentify and manage technical and operational issues encountered during installation and commissioning. /liliInterface continuously with Project Management and technical departments. /liliLiaise with the commissioning representatives to ensure activities are completed according to contractual technical specifications.



/liliSupport final testing and acceptance activities. /liliProvide training and technical support to the operating personnel. /li /ulpbr / /ppRequirements /pulliTechnical Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Aeronautical Engineering/Technology or a related technical discipline. /liliPrevious experience as an Electromechanical or Mechatronic Commissioning / Start-Up Technician is preferred. /liliExperience with bar and tube finishing equipment is highly valued. /liliCandidates with experience in machine tools, automated production lines or similar industrial machinery will also be considered. /liliAbility to read mechanical technical drawings, electrical diagrams, hydraulic schematics and pneumatic schematics. /liliGood knowledge of English. /liliStrong leadership, teamwork and coordination skills. /liliGood communication and client-facing abilities. /liliAvailability for long-term international assignments and travel. /liliJunior technical profiles interested in developing their career in commissioning may also be considered and trained on the specific equipment. /li /ulpbr / /ppemProfile Middle East upholds workplace equality and diversity, assessing candidates solely on merit, qualifications, and potential. /em /p
