Overview

In this role, you support the Italian execution of DKV Mobility’s eMobility strategy, focusing on home, work, and depot charging. You act as the technical voice for Sales, translating customer needs into viable concepts and coordinating cross-functional handovers. You will advise on charging infra, backend integration, and services like DKV Cockpit and charging solutions, while gathering market insights and representing the company at events. You will help drive Italy’s eMobility initiatives and ensure smooth project delivery, with opportunities to influence product and go-to-market activities.

Responsabilità

- Support the implementation of eMobility strategy in Italy (home, work, depot charging)
- Conduct customer needs analyses with Sales and translate into technical/commercial concepts
- Serve as main technical contact for Sales, customers, and partners in Italy
- Advise on charging infrastructure and DKV eMobility services (backend integration, Cockpit, etc.)
- Coordinate sub-projects and handovers with Product Management, Fulfillment, and service teams




- Monitor large customer projects and remove blockers (technical/process)
- Gather market/customer/competitor insights and feed back to Product/Go-to-Market activities
- Represent DKV Mobility at customer meetings, trade fairs, and partner events

Requisiti fondamentali

- Technical vocational training or degree in electrical engineering (as stated)
- Experience in eMobility or related fields (charging infrastructure, energy services, mobility solutions)
- Strong understanding of AC/DC charging infrastructure, backend systems, load management, and billing processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills; ability to work across countries and cultures
- Native or fluent Italian and fluent English; willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally; German an advantage
- Experience with external technology, hardware, backend, installation, or service partners
- Knowledge of Italian eMobility market dynamics, tender processes, and local energy stakeholders
