This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with contractual and strategic requirements. /ppbr / /ppstrongKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: /strong /ppbr / /pulliDevelop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. /liliEstablish baseline programs in line with project scope, milestones, and contract requirements. /liliDefine work breakdown structures (WBS) and planning methodologies. /liliMonitor project progress and performance against the approved schedule. /liliIdentify delays, risks, and critical path impacts, and propose mitigation strategies. /liliLead schedule updates, progress measurement, and forecasting. /liliManage the PMC’s planning engineer and project controls team to deliver the employer’s requirements. /liliEnsure consistency and standardization of planning practices across projects. /liliCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors. /liliPrepare and present weekly and monthly progress reports to senior management and clients. /liliProvide dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.



/liliSupport executive-level reporting and decision-making. /liliConduct delay analysis (EOT claims, disruption analysis). /liliSupport claims preparation and evaluation. /liliIdentify planning risks and develop contingency plans. /liliLiaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams. /liliParticipate in project meetings and provide planning insights. /liliEnsure alignment between construction, procurement, and engineering schedules. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQUALIFICATIONS COMPETENCIES: /strong /pulliBachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management (master’s degree preferred). /lili10 + years of experience of construction planning and scheduling. /liliAt least 5 years in a senior/lead planning role on large-scale projects (e.g., infrastructure, data centers, commercial developments). /liliStrong experience with Primavera P6 (mandatory). /liliPMP (Project Management Professional) /liliPMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) /liliAdvanced knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques /liliStrong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing. /liliExpertise in delay analysis and claims (EOT). /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities. /liliAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. /liliClient Management Customer Service /liliInnovation Emerging Technologies /li /ulpbr / /p
