Ensure accurate HS classification and documentation for all cross-border activities (new SKUs, imports/exports/returns). Oversee and audit the performance of customs Brokers/Agents to guarantee accurate declarations. /lilistrongSanctions Export Controls: /strong Manage restricted party screening for customers and suppliers. Evaluate trade compliance scenarios related to export controls, licensing needs, and restricted end-use/end-users, coordinating the escalation of potential concerns. /lilistrongRisk Management Audits: /strong Perform risk assessments and identify vulnerabilities in shipping terms, valuations, and origin records. Support internal reviews, regulatory inquiries,



and audit remediation, maintaining appropriate records and compliance dashboards (BI). /lilistrongAdvisory Training: /strong Act as the main point of contact for internal teams regarding cross-border shipments and trade-related requirements. Must have hands-on experience with HS classification, denied party screening, export licenses, and knowledge of AEO/CTPAT programs. /lilistrongAnalytical Data Skills: /strong Strong ability to interpret complex regulations, conduct internal audits, and manage Business Intelligence (BI) tools/dashboards to monitor compliance KPIs. /lilistrongSoft Skills:
