Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /p pWe are looking for a bPROJECT INSTALLATION MANAGER /b /p pbJOB SCOPE: /bPlan and manage all site operations in close cooperation with PM, Installation Engineering and Design activities, Procurement and Logistics, ensuring integration on field and installation of the complete System. /p pHe/she has end-to-end accountability at project level, from a QCD and performance points of view for his/her scope in compliance with Signalling and security strategy, policies, local regulations and standards. /p pIn compliance to EHS (Zero Deviation) and Regulatory standards, he/she is in charge of operational coordination of all project activities related to Site Works, including: /p ul liManagement and organization of site activities, including sites facilities, resources plan, site access andtools /li liDelivering and maintaining of plans, procedures, Work Method Statements for Installation and Test Commissioning Plans /li liManagement of Work Package assigned for Site Operations /li liManagement of Installation Works for all Sub-Systems and System equipment and related performance, including monitoring and leading actions on planning, risks, opportunities, best practices, non-conformities, technical interfaces /li liManagement of Sub-contractors, including monitoring of quality and delivery through site visits, inspections and assessments /li liManagement of the interfaces with 3rd Parties such as facilities providers, Civil Work partners,



etc… /li liCoordination of Installation Engineering Design for the complete System, based on all necessary inputs provided by the Sub-System Engineering /li liIndustrial, Procurement and Logistics activities:ul liCoordination of the Procurement activities under the Sub-Systems responsibility andof the field installation equipment /li liCoordination of the Logistic activities (incl. warehouse management) /li liDeployment and application of Signalling Installation Process on Site /li /ul /li liAssurance of continuous Installation performance improvement within the Project /li liContribution to best practices definition and REX within the Product Line /li liParticipation to Process / “Metier” improvement workgroup when requested, to propose update/improvement of the Installation and TC way of working, process, tools and RefLib /li liAssurance of EHS compliance (Zero deviation) through EHS plan, site inspections, people assessment etc… /li /ul pbQUALIFICATIONS SKILLS REQUIRED: /b /p ul liDegree in Engineering /li liAt least 5 years of experience in field work execution in the railway sector /li liStrong understanding of interface processes between civil works and rail sub-systems /li liExperience in Environment, Health Safety, knowledge of local legal requirements /liliExperience in management and evaluation of subcontractors /li liTeam spirit approach and good communication skills /li liPossess the agility to adapt to change in direction and priorities in a project and deadline-oriented environment /li /ul pbJOB LOCATION /b: We can hire in our Sites of Bologna, Florence, Rome or Bari. /p pMandatory requirement: availability to travel in Italy and work in field also 5 day per week. /p pSalary range: 43.400 -57.800; CCNL Metalmeccanico /p pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
