Who You’ll Work With
You will be part of the Italy Brand Marketing team, responsible for building meaningful consumer connections and driving the brand’s relevance across the Italian marketplace. You will work closely with cross-functional partners across Marketing, Sports Marketing, Marketplace, Merchandising, Communications, Digital Marketing, Creative, Retail Marketing and Nike Direct teams. Externally, you will collaborate with agencies, creators, athletes, communities and cultural partners to help bring brand initiatives to life. You will report to the Italy Brand Manager.
Success in this role comes through curiosity, collaboration and a deep understanding of the Italian consumer landscape. You’ll act as a connector between consumer insights, cultural trends and brand priorities, helping translate opportunities into impactful brand experiences.

- Strong understanding of the Italian consumer landscape, local communities, cultural movements and marketplace dynamics.
- Genuine passion for sport and an appreciation of the role sport plays in shaping culture and consumer behavior.
- Ability to identify consumer and cultural insights and translate them into relevant brand opportunities and experiences.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with experience creating clear and compelling decks, recaps and presentations.
