We are looking for a Transformation Office Senior Analyst to join our office in Milan, HQ, reporting to Head of Transformation Office.
The Transformation Office Senior Analyst is a core contributor to the Transmission Transformation Office and acts as a key execution and analytical engine behind strategic and operational transformation initiatives. The role bridges strategy and execution, supporting leadership decisions on growth, capital allocation, industrial footprint, and operational excellence.
This position requires strong business acumen, the ability to work across functions, and the credibility to engage with senior stakeholders.
Lead and structure strategic assessments supporting Transformation business cases
Drive M&A;‑related analyses, including target screening, synergy assessment, and integration support
Lead make‑or‑buy evaluations and cost‑agevolazioni analyses in close collaboration with Operations, Installation, Engineering, and Finance
Prepare clear, concise, and impactful executive‑level presentations and decision materials for senior management




5–8 years of professional experience in operations, installation, project management, strategy, or business analysis
~ Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with experience building and challenging business cases
~ Proven track record in cross‑functional project management and stakeholder coordination
~ Solid understanding of industrial, project‑based, or infrastructure‑related businesses
~ University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
~ Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
