On behalf of an American multinationalspecialised in the design, supply and distribution of components and customsolutions for medical devices, we are recruiting a Business DevelopmentManager for the Ireland & UK territory. The Role Reporting to the General Manager EU andworking closely with the VP of Sales (USA), you will lead commercialdevelopment and customer partnerships across the UK and Ireland.
This is ahigh-visibility, relationship-driven role that combines strategic accountmanagement with genuine new business development,



counting on a catalogue ofthousands of stock components and several product categories. Key Responsibilities - Design and execute the annual territory sales plan,setting ambitious yet realistic targets in alignment with the wider Europeanstrategy.
- Develop and deepen relationships with existing OEMcustomers while identifying and converting new accounts within the medicaldevice and adjacent regulated sectors.
- Act as a trusted advisor: understand customerprogrammes in depth and propose tailored, technically credible solutions.
- Monitor commercial performance — order volumes,margins and pipeline — and ensure timely, accurate reporting to headquarters.
- Serve as the bridge between the customer and internalteams (Engineering, Quality Assurance, Project Management, Customer Service),ensuring seamless delivery on complex projects.
