Job Role

The Tester is responsible for executing Business Acceptance Testing activities to validate that business and system changes meet defined requirements and support expected business processes. The role works closely with Subject Matter Experts, business stakeholders,



and project teams to ensure high-quality testing coverage and accurate validation of business functionality.
The Tester plays a key role in identifying defects, documenting testing outcomes, and contributing to successful business acceptance and operational readiness.

What will you do
- Execute test scenarios and test cases in accordance with the agreed testing approach.
- Validate business requirements through functional, end-to-end, and non-regression testing activities.
- Document test execution results and provide clear evidence of testing outcomes.
- Identify, document, and report defects, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured.
- Retest resolved defects and verify successful resolution.
- Ensure test execution aligns with defined business processes and expected user journeys.
- Support test data preparation and test environment validation activities.
- Collaborate with SMEs and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and expected results.
