Established in 2023, The Gate Golf Club is a non-profit organization dedicated to expanding access to golf and creating a lasting impact on the Southwest Florida community. Scheduled to open in late 2026, The Gate will feature:
- 175-seat freestanding full-service restaurant
- The Pavilion Bar
- The Gimme - quick service restaurant
- The Bays - a 30-bay state-of-the-art practice range with Trackman technology
- The Gater - an 18-hole putting course
- Jacobsen-Hardy designed 9-hole regulation-length golf course

The Gate is designed to make golf more accessible to families and players of all skill levels, while providing high-quality golf and hospitality experiences at affordable rates.

The bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service while creating a welcoming, energetic, and professional experience for every guest. This role requires strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.



The bartender will prepare and serve beverages efficiently and consistently, maintain a clean and organized bar area, accurately process guest orders and payments, and ensure all service meets The Gate’s standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service while creating a positive guest experience.
- Take accurate beverage orders and process payments efficiently using the point-of sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout each shift.
- Follow all recipes, portion controls, presentation standards, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Verify guest identification and comply with all applicable laws and company policies regarding alcohol service.
