Job DescriptionThe new Managing Director, will assume full responsibility for the leadership and management of the Italian business.



The role encompasses strategic, commercial, and operational accountability, with the objective of delivering sustainable growth, profitability, and organizational development in line with Group expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining the local business strategy and ensuring the achievement of corporate objectives through effective budget management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leading, developing, and supporting the local organization, ensuring an effective structure capable of achieving revenue and EBIT targets.
- Managing and further developing the commercial organization, supporting talent development, recruitment activities, and key contractual negotiations.
- Driving sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities, expand the customer base, develop new markets, and implement pricing initiatives in alignment with Group guidelin
