We are looking for a Global Spares Product Manager to join drive our growing Service business . The role is ideally based in Italy near/at our production facility in Lavis, and reports to Chief Operations Officer.
The Global Spares Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing, and optimizing the spare parts offering across Gunnebo Entrance Control’s global product portfolio.



This includes ensuring availability, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective portfolio management, lifecycle planning, pricing strategies, and cross-functional coordination.
This is a newly established role within the organisation, with a strong mandate to build and shape the spares management function and drive spares as a growth area for Gunnebo. The successful candidate will take ownership not only of the operational performance of the spares business, but also of defining processes, governance, and ways of working to enable a structured and scalable approach across regions.
Working closely with product management, engineering, supply chain, service, and sales teams, the Spares Product Manager will act as the central point of coordination for all spare parts-related topics, ensuring alignment across the organisation and supporting the long-term success of our installed bas
