We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Office Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the departments and teams at Mia-Platform, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities:
Serving as the first point of contact for the company by welcoming guests, directing phone inquiries, and executing various office-related errands.
Assisting in the planning and organization of meetings, including the preparation of office spaces and meeting rooms.
Supporting the organization and logistics of internal and external corporate events, including scouting new suppliers and locations.
Managing the procurement of office supplies and gadgets, monitoring inventory levels, and placing orders as needed.
Handling travel and accommodation bookings for colleagues.
Collaborating with and providing support to the various Departments and Teams at Mia Platform.





Requirements:
Strong relational and interpersonal skills.
Organizational skills and precision.
Flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
A proactive approach.
Good knowledge of the English language and Google Suite.
Discretion and the ability to manage confidential information.
