To expand our Compliance team, we are looking for a Compliance specialist with a strong passion for the crypto and blockchain world. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Compliance Management Support: Assist in ensuring regulatory and financial compliance with a focus on Mi CAR, GDPR, DORA, and AMLR , including delegated regulations and applicable guidelines. Monitor operational processes with a specific focus on CASP legislative requirements within the EU, managing potential overlaps between different frameworks (including Mi FID and PSD2).



Support activities related to the implementation of the 231/01 Organizational and Management Model .
Oversee compliance activities by supporting operational functions to ensure the maintenance and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies, ensuring effective regulatory oversight. Conflict of Interest Management: Assist in identifying and managing conflicts of interest, ensuring the integrity of the corporate compliance program through required controls and reporting. STOR Management and Drafting: Support the monitoring and management of market abuse prevention, ensuring the reporting of suspicious transactions (internally and externally) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 and related delegated acts.
Complaints Management: Provide support in managing and monitoring the activities of the Complaints Office.
Reporting and Analysis: Draft feasibility studies and analyses on national, EU, and international regulations to support Group operati
