We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Personal Care EMEA to join our team. The preferred location is Seneffe, Belgium; Antwerp, Belgium and Milan, Italy may also be considered.




In this strategic regional role, you will lead the development and execution of growth strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Working closely with Sales, Technical Service & Development (TS&D;), R&D;, Product Management, and Business Communications, you will identify growth opportunities, accelerate commercialization of innovations, strengthen customer engagement, and drive profitable business growth.
The successful candidate combines strong business acumen, market insight, and customer focus with the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a complex global organization. You are energized by translating market trends, customer needs, innovation, and sustainability into commercial success.
