Overview
In this role you will support customers with orders, technical issues, and payments to boost service quality and satisfaction. You’ll coordinate with sales, product marketing, and logistics to ensure accurate, on-time delivery. You’ll act as the frontline for customer questions and lead after-sales issue resolution. The position emphasizes improving delivery metrics and customer experience within ABB’s service-focused environment. This is an on-site role in Florence, SC offering growth through cross-functional impact and process improvements.

Responsabilità
- Process orders and coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, Logistics and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Act as first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and orders
- Support after-sales service by resolving issues and maintaining clear communication




- Monitor targets like inventory turnover, on-time delivery, and Net Promoter Score to drive continuous improvement
- Implement customer support strategy to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor degree (no minimum experience) or Associate degree with 1 year related experience or High School diploma with 2 years related experience
- Customer support or quality management experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Knowledge of ABB systems SPINE, SAP, SOM (plus)
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced team environment and make quick decisions
- Authorized to work in the US; no relocation expected
