Field Applications Engineer (FAE) Intern responsibilities include:
- On‑site and remote technical support for customers to resolve issues in POC or after‑sales inquiries.
- Track, maintain and resolve incidents as well as provide the report to the customer
- Perform device installation and integration into the customer environment
- Provide technical training for Partners and/or customers
- Escalation to RND to resolve the product issue
- Create technical documentation for the project and/or internal knowledge base
- Engage in both domestic and international projects

Each intern will be assigned a mentor from our team who will guide and support them throughout their tenure .

Requirements:
- Fresh graduates/final year students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Cyber Security, Computer science, information systems or related field.




- Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work under minimum supervision. Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Communication skills in italiano (C1 or above) and English (B2 or above), please do evaluate this requirement before you apply, because you may need communicate with local italiano clients.
- Self‑motivated to take responsibilities, have enthusiasm for learning

Any further qualifications and working experience in the IT field are welcome.
