Position Summary
We are looking for a Secretary to the Director of the Institute for Continuing Theological Education (ICTE). Program Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Director and assists with the planning, coordination, and administration of the College's continuing education programs.

The position involves a broad range of administrative, financial, logistical, and participant-support responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director, internal College departments, external service providers, and program participants to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of scheduled educational programs.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive,



and able to manage multiple priorities in an international, North American environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director in the organization and administration of the College's continuing education activities and programs.
- Assist with the planning, scheduling, and coordination of educational modules and related program activities.
- Provide professional and timely assistance to program participants before, during, and after program activities.
- Maintain accurate participant registration and payment records and reconcile them with the College Business Office's accounting records.
- Prepare and process Purchase Order Requests and Requests for Reimbursement in accordance with College policies, procedures, and protocols. xbvzest
