enhancing and developing the businessBuild and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategiesEstablish good group dynamics, through efficient communicationContribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelinesHelp ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandiseFollow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policiesKey RequirementsDeep passion for fashion xysqume and luxuryExperience in a similar role within fashion retail companiesAbility to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers' attitudeAbility to adapt to different customersTeam-playing attitudeStrong communication skillsAbility to work in a dynamic environmentFluent in english. Another language is a plus
