This role requires someone with strong technical skills and a customer-focused approach. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide on-site and remote desktop support for users, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. /liliInstall, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals. /liliEnsure the deployment of operating systems, updates, and software packages. /liliWork with the IT team to resolve and elevate issues as needed. /liliPerform routine system audits and ensure systems are up-to-date and secure. /liliProvide end-user training and technical documentation where necessary. /liliCollaborate with team members and manage support tickets for various internal stakeholders. /li /ulh3Required Skills Qualifications /h3ulli2+ years of experience in Desktop Support or similar roles. /liliStrong experience with Windows OS, Mac OS, and Linux environments. /liliExperience with Active Directory for user management, group policies,
