You will take a key role in managing the day to day operations and technical performance of their renewable energy plants in Poland. In this role, you will work closely with both technical and operational teams, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable plant performance while supporting continuous improvement across the assets. You will report to the Head of Operations and become part of an international environment with strong competencies in renewable energy operations, engineering, and plant management. As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for the following: /p ul liOversee the bsafe, reliable and efficient operation of solar PV plants /b, maximising energy production, availability and performance ratio. /li liManage and coordinate bplant maintenance, repair activities and technical interventions /bto ensure asset integrity and operational performance. /li liSupervise and manage bOM contractors, maintenance providers and specialist suppliers, /bincluding scope, service delivery and SLA performance. /li liReview and approve btechnical and commercial proposals /b, ensuring solutions balance technical requirements, operational costs and production impact. /li liManage bincident resolution, work orders and operational issues /bin coordination with monitoring and operational teams. /li liMonitor bplant performance and operational KPIs /b,



analysing production data and identifying underperformance or optimisation opportunities. /li liEnsure bpreventive and predictive maintenance programmes /bare implemented effectively across assets. /li liMaintain btechnical documentation, plant data and operational reporting /bto ensure accurate asset records and compliance. /li liEnsure bcompliance with local regulations, safety standards and company policies /b, including HS and ESG requirements. /li liSupport bplant optimisation, retrofit, revamping or repowering initiatives /band provide technical input into improvement projects where required. /li liManage blocal stakeholders and supporting service providers /bsuch as security, vegetation management and cleaning services. /li liConduct bsite inspections and contractor oversight /bto ensure quality of work and operational standards. /li /ul h3Your experiences and education: /h3 ul liDegree qualified – in any related discipline. /li liFluent in English Hungarian is a must for this /li liTechnical background /li liWorked in Renewable Energy sector /li liExperience managing the technical and operational performance of power generation assets. /li liExperience overseeing maintenance activities and asset integrity programmes. /li liExperience managing OM contractors, maintenance providers and external service suppliers. /li liExperience working with technical specifications, suppliers and contractors. /li liExperience managing service providers and stakeholder relationships. /li liExperience supporting technical retrofit, revamping or repowering initiatives and project activities. /li liExperience working with internal operational teams and external technical service providers. xrdbqlu /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
