YOUR RESPONSABILITIES

- Translate service and process needs into clear functional and technical solution requirements
- Own and coordinate strategic initiatives related to Salesforce and connected service systems
- Support process mapping and performance measurement, aligning on metrics and working with service teams
- Drive Salesforce capabilities with Service, IT and external partners, including flows and automations
- Coordinate integrations, data flows and dependencies across the service system landscape
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable and aligned with future service processes and architecture
- Identify and solve opportunities for improvement within the organization
- Manage priorities, dependencies, implementation progress and key stakeholders across assigned initiatives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or similar
- Previous professional experience with enterprise applications, with focus on process improvement
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, data models, workflow automation and integrations capabilities
- Experience with translating business requirements into functional and technical requirements
- Good understanding of APIs, system interfaces and data flows in enterprise environments
- High analytical skills, structured work ethic and good communication skills
- Very strong prioritization and organizational skills as well as managing multiple projects in parallel
- Excellent communication skills in English, Italian and German is a plus
