To provide a comprehensive administration and operational support to the Drugs department.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Internal customer liaison for case completion; supporting KFS Reporting Managers within Operations
- Support achievement of agreed internal and external customer service levels and standards
- Understanding and liaising with Account Managers regarding Force Protocols and customer preferences
- Work to specific Key Performance Indicators driven by department and case target dates
- Managing conflicting deadlines and a very high workload
- Engage in recommendations to strategic improvements within processes, procedures, policies and companywide streamlining
- Preparing and completing actions plans and data analysis to monitor and improve workflows
- Identifying case completion trends and monitoring target dates
- Data entry onto KFS bespoke Casework Management System
- Updating internal systems with data required for reporting
- File archiving/retrieval
- To respond to customer queries and, follow departmental procedures with a high level of accuracy in what is a strictly regulated environment
- To support other general administration tasks as required

Qualifications
- GCSE Maths & English essential
- A levels or equivalent desirable
Experience
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy administration related environment is desirable
- Experience working within the Criminal Justice System advantageous
Terms & Conditions
Salary – £24,683.85 plus annual salary review
Hours – 37 per week, Part-time hours also considered (minimum 20 hours per week) - working pattern TBA
Holidays – 25 days per annum plus statutory holidays (pro rata for tempo parziale)
