Randstad Construction, a specialized division of Randstad Italia SPA, is looking for a dynamic company based in Florence, specialized in real estate development and general contracting for the realization of complex building projects.

Project Manager Junior

We offer:

- Direct company hire

- Annual gross salary (RAL) between 30,000 and 35,000 EUR

- Workplace: Florence and surroundings

- Continuous collaboration with VAT number with compensation commensurate with experience

- Annual remuneration: 30,000 EUR - 35,000 EUR

Responsibilities

- Monitoring and supervising the progress of work on various active construction sites.





- Collaborating with the technical direction and subcontractors to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality levels.

- Supporting the management of construction site accounting, measurements, and material verification.

- Preparing periodic reports on the status of work.

Qualifications

- Educational qualification: Degree in Architecture / Building-Civil Engineering or a diploma as a Surveyor/Construction Technician.

- Brief previous experience (also internship or shadowing) on construction sites or in a technical studio.

- Possession of a VAT number (or willingness to open one).

- B driver's license and willingness to travel between various construction sites in the area.

- Good knowledge of the Office package, AutoCAD, and possibly calculation/accounting software.

- Initiative, organizational skills, and a predisposition for teamwork.
