Procurement Specialist
Location : completely full remote – Italy-based
Salary : perm contract € 35 - 45 K or Italian P.IVA 180 - 220 € daily + VAT
to provide operational & strategic procurement support, ensuring effective supplier management, cost optimization & compliance with procurement processes.
The resource will be responsible for managing supplier relationships throughout the procurement lifecycle, from sourcing & negotiation to contract management & purchase order processing.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier sourcing & market scouting
Supplier evaluation & selection
Contract negotiation & management
Definition & management of Framework Agreements
Supplier onboarding activities
Creation & management of Purchase Orders (POs)
Monitoring supplier performance & contractual compliance
Collaboration with internal stakeholders to support procurement initiatives
Ensuring adherence to procurement policies & best practices
Requirements
5 - 6 years of relevant experience
Proven experience in Procurement & Supplier Management
Experience in:
Supplier sourcing & qualification
Contract negotiation
Framework Agreement definition & management
Supplier onboarding processes
Purchase Order management
Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
Good analytical & negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
