In this role, you define where and how Durst creates new market demand and translate this direction into a predictable flow of qualified commercial opportunities. /p pYou will bring together market intelligence, product positioning, account-based marketing and global campaigns into one focused Growth agenda. Your responsibility is not simply to generate activity, but to build a scalable and measurable demand engine that improves the quality, predictability and efficiency of the commercial pipeline across markets and business units. /p pThis is a unique opportunity to shape the global Growth function of an industrial technology company with a strong installed base, differentiated products and significant international growth ambitions. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liTranslate group priorities into a clear Growth plan across markets, segments, product areas and target accounts /li liIdentify the most attractive growth opportunities based on market intelligence, customer insight,
competitive analysis and installed-base potential /li liPrioritize investments across campaigns, channels and markets based on measurable commercial impact – and actively stop or redirect activities that do not deliver /li liLead product marketing for the Graphics and Label Flexible Packaging business units in close collaboration with the respective business teams /li liDefine differentiated positioning, value propositions, target segments, launch narratives and sales enablement priorities for the relevant product portfolios /li liBuild and manage an integrated global demand engine across digital campaigns, account-based marketing, content, events, showrooms and other relevant channels /li liEstablish clear audience, segmentation and target-account logic to focus resources on opportunities with the highest strategic and commercial potential /li liDevelop repeatable campaign and go-to-market playbooks that can be adapted by regions and subsidiaries while maintaining global focus and consistency /li liBuild and lead a lean, high-performing Growth team at headquarters, including dedicated capabilities for data enrichment and segmentation /li /ul h3Profile: /h3 ul liProven track record in a senior Growth, product marketing or demand generation role within an international B2B environment /li liExperience in industrial technology, machinery,
manufacturing, software-enabled solutions or another complex, solution-based business /li liDemonstrated ability to build scalable demand-generation and account-based marketing programs, combined with strong product marketing expertise /li liStrong analytical and commercial mindset, with experience using market and customer data to create measurable pipeline and focused go-to-market initiatives /li liProven leadership skills and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align Sales, business units, Marketing and regional organizations around shared Growth priorities /li liFluency in English; German and/or Italian is a strong plus /li /ul pWe are particularly interested in candidates who combine strong commercial judgment with disciplined execution. You understand that Growth is measured not by the volume of activities or leads, but by the quality, scalability and commercial value of the opportunities created. /p pThe position is based at our headquarters in Brixen, South Tyrol, and operates in a highly international environment. Regular collaboration with our business units, regions and subsidiaries is an essential part of the role. /p pWe offer a starting annual gross salary of €90,000 on a full-time basis, paid in 14 instalments. The actual salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience and expertise and may therefore be higher.
