We are looking for a deeply knowledgeable and inspiring herbalist to join our world at Borgo Santo Pietro.

This is a rare opportunity for someone passionate about medicinal plants, traditional healing wisdom, botanical rituals, and the connection between nature, wellbeing, and hospitality.

The role combines hands-on herbal medicine making, education, guest experiences, and collaboration with our culinary, spa, garden,



and fermentation teams to help shape a living botanical philosophy across Borgo.

We are searching for someone who:
Has a deep understanding of medicinal herbs, plant energetics, extractions, tinctures, teas, oils, hydrosols, and natural remedies
Understands both traditional herbal wisdom and modern wellness approaches
Feels inspired by gardens, biodiversity, foraging, and seasonal living
Can create meaningful guest experiences and teach with warmth, depth, and authenticity
Has a natural aesthetic sensibility and appreciation for beauty, ritual, and craftsmanship

The role may include:
Creating herbal remedies, tinctures, botanical preparations, teas, and wellness rituals
Working closely with our gardens and estate to identify and cultivate medicinal plants
Collaborating with our spa, chefs, and fermentation team on botanical projects and seasonal concepts
Leading workshops, walks, and intimate educational experiences for guests
Helping develop Borgo’s herbal philosophy and botanical wellness offerings
Exploring ancient Tuscan, Mediterranean, and global herbal traditions in a contemporary and refined way
