Within the Space Division, we are looking for a Software Engineer (PEL) for our office in Campi Bisenzio (FI), preferably, and/or Nerviano (MI).

The person will be responsible for coordinating activities for the development of embedded software in the space sector for electro-optical payloads and will be responsible for:

- Coordinating software development activities throughout the product lifecycle, according to standards for safety-critical embedded SW (DO178, ECSS,



...); - Conducting co-engineering sessions with the instrument systems group for consolidating system requirements and software specifications; - Monitoring the progress of activities and acting as the interface to the program for scheduling aspects; - Technical interface with the client; - Coordinating and monitoring activities assigned to sub-suppliers; - Developing embedded software in an RTOS environment starting from requirements.

Education

- Master's degree in STEM fields Required experience level:
- Expert: 3-5 years of experience in the role Technical skills and knowledge:
- Knowledge of the software development process according to standards for safety-critical embedded SW (DO178, ECSS, ...); - Ability to manage and draft project documentation required in the development process; - Knowledge of real-time systems; - Knowledge of MISRA rules for C; - Experience in requirements management and project documentation.
